Programmer wanted - Networked Pi's, Serial output

Hi There,
I'm looking for someone to help me with an upcoming project.
I need to achieve the following.....
1. Master (Server) RPI connected to wired LAN which transmits multicast TCP / UDP message when a GPIO is high or a button clicked on a webpage.
2. Several (Client) RPI's also connected to wired LAN which all receive the multicast message then output serial data to control an external processor attached to each RPI
3. Client RPI to send confirmation message back to master confirming action.

I would also like to have a web page / display on the master RPI to report the status of each client. and the possibility of sending more than one serial command.
If you are interested please get in touch and we can talk I think I understand the basics involved but don't know if im going to have time to learn how to put it all together into a working solution.

What sort of pay scale are we looking at here?

Haven't a clue how much time would it take ?
This is going to be used for a professional / work application so i'll happily pay a decent fee for a working solution but have never hired a programmer.
I know how much I get for a days work as a sound engineer

This type of project normally has two ways of working out pay.

1. An agreed per hour rate, with a defined end time, agreeable to both parties.

2. A fixed project price, with a defined end time, ditto.

Whichever way is agreed, make sure that you provide a full requirement list, plus decide whether some sort of ongoing support for a specified period is required with bug fixes included in the original price. Also, if including some form of bug fixing, it helps if an attempt is made to define 'bugs'.
