Hello! We are looking to design a DC power supply unit that utilizes the raspberry pi3/ 7" touchscreen display with camera. We are looking for someone who would be capable of programming the raspberry pi3 to act as a normal tablet with android os, wifi and blutooth. as well as an on-screen display/controls for a motor essentially. The home screen would be one of these animated futuristic rotational dials/knobs (if you can work with this format).

Or we would need a similar home screen designed. We hope to be able to use each circle as a rotational knob to adjust the output voltage up or down and adjust the amperage up or down. We would like the voltage displayed in a number format as well to show where you have it set.
On the home screen, we would like a button to take the screen to tablet mode, showing only the standard android screen with your chosen apps, internet, camera, gallery etc. From the windows desktop screen there should be a button to take you back to the home screen (to adjust voltage/amperage).
Additionally, we hope to eliminate any existing raspberry logos on screen or screen saver, replacing them with our own logos.
Open to suggestions on how to make any of this possible! We do hope to have this completed within the next few weeks.We will be attaching the screen/motherboard etc. to a power unit we have pre built. We would simply need the program written to make it all work together. We just dont have the time to figure it out right now.
