Looking for help to use Raspberry Pi to remote access a radio

We are looking for a Raspberry Pi pro who can help us develop a remote access tool for two VHR radios

We are a call center with radios installed at our main office. But we have decentralized staff who have to access those radios for broadcasting. Can Raspberry Pi help with this? We were told by a radio enthusiast that it could, but he did not know how to do it. Anybody able and interested in helping? We will pay for the work

I am not the person to help you. I am not sure I even understand the implications of the question: Google tells me that VHR is a German pop music station.

But it does occur to me that the person you seek might need to visit your premises to install and test any possible solution?

So it might be useful to indicate where you are located? Even if remote assistance is feasible, knowing whether any changes of timezone are involved could be important.

This is the radio - at least a good image of it

Its a UHF, not a VHR (typo - sorry)

Yes, that was what I was talking about. I have the original Motorola software in the archive, but it's for Windows 95/98/2000, if I'm correct. Don't know if it will work in an emulator (have not tried)
