Wonder if glasses with the RPi logo on the sides would stand out in opticians? :p

mmmm how about augmented reality? The "Raspberry Glasses" perhaps?

Main Use: Bit of everything - but mainly web server, Network Storage and C programming.

RPi 2: Hostname tba, awaiting delivery.

Witty but is there a touch of ageism creeping into this thread?

What unit for age are we supposed to use? Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? Months? Years? Decades? Centuries? This is the type of detail that is important when writing software! We don't want a repeat if the Y2K fiasco!

Number of bits in age in seconds, expressed as a binary number [reference to Don Knuth].

Why stop at 70? I'm 73 and a keen user of the Pi. Had to submit my age under 'Other'.

I'm a bit worried about the normal distribution curve. I'm in the 51-60 range and we seem to be the Luddite generation.

some one mentioned y2k fiasco

Example. Barclay's bank decided to replace an entire site control system because its Pneumatic air compressors clock was electronic but not y2k compatible rather than spending 15 quid on a new clock they spent 7 million over 3 years to upgrade all the pneumatic controls to Digital Direct Controls.

how about that waste of money.
