The third, international Pi Wars competition takes place in Cambridge, UK on 1st-2nd April.
Pi Wars (http://piwars.org) is a challenge-based robotics competition in which Raspberry Pi-controlled robots are created by teams and then compete in various non-destructive challenges to earn points. There are prizes awarded at the end of the day.
There are over 70 teams competing this year over two days, with competitors travelling from as far afield as New Mexico, USA and Switzerland!
As well as the main competition, there will be robotics projects on display as well as a Marketplace featuring many well-known vendors selling Pi bits and pieces.

Children 16 years of age and younger attend free, as do Judges and volunteers. For adults, it is £5 per day or £7 for a whole weekend of robot action.
