I am happy to share with you this information. We are working on the first event focused on the raspberry pi Board In Morocco(Africa). It will be on 15 march (piday.citinpt.com).

Hi Bellaj,

Alan here. I'm an Irish-Frenchman (or should that be a French-Irishman?;o) just slightly further North than you in the South of France.

Your event looks very exciting and the page looks great =o) Well done already & I'm looking forward to seeing how this first one goes for you!

So we've only had a little head start on you ourselves with our first successful Rhône Valley Jam being held on 22nd February last. But already we're planning our next one for Sunday 22nd March, just a week after yours.

I'd be more than happy to give any advice I can and/or help out "remotely"!!! Tell me how I can lend a hand. Feel free to exchange here or by DM or Twitter etc and in English or in French. I'm all virtual ears ;o)

PS our first Jam had a slightly North African flavour with the team enjoying tajine and coucous from a local tea-room. Had some good specialities to eat for our "verre de l'amitié" as well. I think the owner is originally from Morocco - must ask her where exactly (http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/pros/55590113)
PPS just checked out the Ryanair site - there's a Marseille - Rabat link ! Won't make it over this time to your event but who know's further down the road
