Actually, that's not quite right. It worked up to version 9.4
So, you can, of course, still install that version.
Of course, there may be grubby details involved in getting from whatever it is you download (presumably, a .ISO [*] file) to getting it running on the Pi. I hold no brief for that.
[*] Yes, I really mean .ISO file - I am not using it as a generic term for archive file.
And some folks need to stop being fanboys and see the forest behind the trees.
