any other distro?

is there any good distros like ubuntu? I really dont like debian (I dunno why I just dont) tryed fedora didnt quite get into it :P the puppy one didnt work on 512 version so? meh?

Hmm, Ubuntu is based on Debian, so I'm unsure of where your dislike happens. Debian is indeed a 'good' distro.

Do you mean the Ubuntu style desktop (Unity) rather than Ubuntu itself?

That said, Ubuntu does not run on the Raspi. The best distro available (i.e. fastest with best support) is the Raspian distro, based on Debian.

Try Bodhi Linux. Its main development is based on Ubuntu, but it's been ported to the Pi, where it runs on Raspbian, making use of the hard float and other advantages of Raspbian. For more info, see this thread:
