Can't turn on the Bluetooth on Kali Linux

Sun Aug 11, 2019 5:21 pm

I using commands to start bluetooth service, then checking it with "systemctl bluetooth", and this is what I got(screenshot). How I can fix this and get bluetooth up and running?

That screenshot is telling you that bluetoothd is up and running. What's the problem? (You can safely ignore the warnings about SAP.)

A quick google for "Bluetooth SAP" reveals that SAP in this context is "SIM Access Profile". Since the Pi doesn't have a SIM card, unless you somehow add one to it, you can safely ignore this error.

See Wikipedia entry here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_B ... SIM,_rSAP)

Questions about Kali are best asked on its own forum.

Actually, I believe SAP is used to access a remote SIM card, but same result; just not needed on the Pi.

And yes, a Kali forum might be more appropriate. Just because the Bluetooth service is up, doesn't mean it can talk to the adapter. Raspbian solutions might not work on Kali.
