tried arm32 once and do setup all went well, but after reboot wifi do not bring up anymore ...quit.

Issues should be reported to the Alpine Developers, though this release was only released today so what happened in the past may be totally irrelevant....

I am not involved with Alpine Linux.

I half-wrote a post asking how old the anecdotal evidence from @cjan was, and then decided I wasn't really interested...

this release was only released today

https://alpinelinux.org/downloads/ has aarch64 in the latest Alpine Linux that "Includes Raspberry Pi kernel. Designed for RPI 1, 2 and 3. And much more..."

Hope it will soon show up on RPi4B too....
