Download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4Fz15 ... sp=sharing
Info:
The EirThings Edition ISO is for creative minds that want to tinker with the official Android on their Raspberry pi 3, but are not so proficiently in working with the ADB-tool,
or want to see what they're doing.
This ISO contains a visual GUI with some basic apps.
Besides IOT purposes, you can use the EirThings Edition as an audio-focussed Media Center (Youtube or a Browser does not work yet).

Installed Apps:
* Nova Launcher 5 (gui)
* Google Keyboard (attach a mouse and you're good to go ^^!)
* Android Terminal
* Virtual Softkeys
* Internet Radio
* music-player-audio-player
* Astro file manager (use lan, dropbox, google drive, ... to import your own .apk's)
* NiceSimpleClock Widget
////Personal spices (home made)\\\\
Eir (best virtual assistant there is
)! --> https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .eir&hl=en
Down_Or_Restart
WifiConnect <-- Helps a lot!
Note:
* Most software on this list is chosen by trial-and-error. For example; I've tried the Es File Explorer, but it didn't end well...
--
How-To:
*Install on an MicroSD Card with USBIT (USB Image Tool) by selecting the drive and the option "restore".
Link to USBIT: http://www.alexpage.de/usb-image-tool/download/
* Plug a hdmi-cable in your raspberry pi 3 and start. Enjoy!
--
limitations:
* No hardware accelerated Graphics are possible. So for now (Android Things version 3.1) no youtube or other graphical apps ()without doing some heavy lifting).
* USB devices for storage do not work (mouse & keyboards do)
