Connecting a Ps4 controller to the Rpi3 over Bluetooth

Hi,

I just installed RetroPie on my Rpi3, and would love to be able to use my Ps4 controller over Bluetooth.
Since the Rpi3 features Bluetooth, I guess I shouldn't have to buy a dongle.
But how do I get the Bluetooth to connect to my controller when I want to play some games?
(Im a noob at this)
