Luv these little raspberry Pi's ... I'm a Linux distro Developer for Pearl Linux available free at sourceforge as well as our new project. The PearlPi RPi2 OS ... It is a tweaked version of the popular raspbian release from debian which is by far the best running Linux OS's for the Pi however since our goal at Pearl is to bring more people to Linux even basic users not testers I found that as of Pi 2 it is a very stable system to install and count on. Of course we all luv Kodi but it isnt that easy to have both a Linux OS and Kodi running on the Raspberry Pi unless you want to multiboot with berryboot or NOOBS which are good but I want to do it all in the Linux environment without passing control over to the said booting program.
