This is a first person shooter with the soul of a retro arcade game creating a unique look and feel.
You have been unable to contact air-traffic control and after running out of fuel crash landed on an abandoned miltary base. Strange beings that reek of dead and rotting flesh attacked you and you became seperated from your plane.
However, fortunately your GPS Locator 5000 is working and you plan to use it to find some fuel and first aid packs (which are highlighted in magenta) before returning to your plane (shown in white) and escaping.
Whilst at the base you found the notebook of the last occupant and it makes harrowing reading. The base had been experimenting with a virus to extend life. Unfortunately it proved fatal and with serious side effects. he test subjects not only became reanimated i.e. undead, but appeared able to clone themselves. So you journey from island to island, hoping that someone must still be alive.
Island of the Undead is compatible with RISC OS 4 on Virtual Acorn and RISC OS 5 on Raspberry Pi 1,2 & 3 Beagleboard and Pandaboard based systems, ARM X6, Titanium and RPCEmu.
