Does this support multicore yet? IIRC it was being worked on a year or more ago to at least avoid 3 cores sitting totally idle...

Wicked ... as somebody said.

Just wish you'd posted it half an hour earlier - would have saved me two hours this morning setting up a new SD card.
As it is, I now have to decide whether to buy the disc (card?) or download the image. If I do the latter, I've got to find a way to donate the cash anyway ... problems, problems ...

Doesn't look as if it actively uses all of the cores, but seems to be aware of additional cores.

Nice to know. Will have to setup another SD Card for the new RISC OS (to add to all my other RISC OS SD Cards).
The Raspberry Pi is an ARM computer, that runs many Operating Systems, including Linux, RISC OS, BSD, Pi64, CP/M as well as many more.
Soon to add AROS to the list of operating systems.
