[fixed & fixed] xorg-1.20 issue

xf86-video-fbdev & xf86-video-fbturbo-git both rebuild.
but, only fbdev worked, fbturbo dont work.

using fbdev, browser window scrolling choppy, so switch to wayland.
performance, fbturbo > weston-vc4 > fbdev.

update fbturbo to -4, fixed.

xorg update to 1.20.2 fbdev & fbturbo both can not into X again, any one?
