pidora on rpi3

hi, how can i install pidora on sd for my rpi3, should i use noobs or what other sw? (excuse me for my bad english, please)

Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated Raspbian Stretch w/ Desktop OS.

Pidora was compiled for the original Raspberry Pi's, you now use Fedora

My other Computer is an Asus CS10 ChromeBit running Chrome Operating System.
HP Envy 4500 Wireless Printer supported by HPLIP software in Raspbian Stretch.
