I bought a book called C Plus Plus for dummies that was a good start. Youtube is hit or miss, but a guy named Bucky has some good tutorials - just youtube search for Bucky C Plus Plus and a bunch should pop up.
A few of my projects below.

Firstly you should really focus on Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
If you don't do that first you will just learn how to do a shitty mix of C and C++. C++ is a tool and OOP is a philosophiy, you can know stuff about C++ and don't understand anything about OOP. You should grab a book or find a place to learn it calmly, and use C++ to test your understanding.

If you do the learning by classic tutorial learning, you'll miss the whole point of OOP. I can't advise you about books because I didn't read them in english, but I do think that any good C++ or java book will have a whole first part about explaining you how does the OOP works, you need to feel the Spirit (lol) of OOP before actualy learning C++.
