Do you have a local MakerSpace or Raspberry Jam that you can go to? Sometimes they will have short introductory group sessions.
Some of the online universities such as Coursera have videos (as does YouTube) and places such as Instructables have web based.
Check out your local library for books - the basic principals of volts / amps / resistance have not changed so even if the book dates to to 80s it will still be fine
My local library will buy books if requested.
