As an educational project, I would suggest Rpi needs an intro comic book to introduce to kids the whole concept of what it is - kinda like this one...

Maybe if you contacted Jody, she'd do it....

What a great find that is!
Once the RasPi is on sale I also expect to see loads of Youtube videos!

Blimmin' heck - that's a fantastic find. Thanks for the pointer - I'll definitely be giving Jody a shout once we're launched.

Jody's comic been doing the rounds on the Arduino forums. It's a great read.

Why the Lucky Stiff's Poignant Guide to Ruby is worth a look, as well. Probably the best programming book I've come across, ever.

Unless you know about http://www.Archive.org - Brewster Kahle's Internet Archive
Brewster was one of the original developers of ARPANET, the granddaddy of the Internet. Archive.org is an attempt to archive as much of the Internet as possible, although it's falling behind as more sites become dynamically generated (e.g., from databases that aren't visible directly as static HTML pages), as well as the sheer number and size of web servers world-wide.

The best things in life aren't things ... but, a Pi comes pretty darned close!
