MIT launching a free Electronics course

Seems particularly interesting especially if you are interested in an understanding of basic electronics and this may help with interfacing the Pi?

They have a lot of teaching materials for other courses online as well. There was a online AI course offered last year, but I think it was from Stanford Uni.

You're correct TonyD,

Stanford offered an AI and Machine Learning Class last Autumn and it had a bit of success from what I've heard.

It'll be interesting to see how far free online courses go in the next years, and if R-Pi will play a role in any of them.

I believe these videos will form the backbone of the course, but will be accompanied with reading matter and assessments when the course goes "live" on the 5th March. More info at http://mitx.mit.edu

Neat, heard about the Stanford courses, but not this one. I've watched most of the lectures before, but my analog-fu is still pretty weak, so I've enrolled. Ahh, school again
