Need sensor which can read all the nutrient values of soil and can connect to the raspberry pi. Can anyone help me on this?

A quick google search doesn't find anything. Question has been asked on Arduino forums too with no decent results.

You can get pH meters which will give you an indication of the quality of the soil but it seems that more advanced testing relies upon a chemical process and isn't something you can test just by sticking a sensor in.
