Fri Nov 24, 2017 8:21 am

Im looking for displays for embeded raspberry pi projects.
It should be working without 220v, from USB or raspberry pi output without aditional power cord.

Is it possible?

The first screen is USB3 therefore if it follows the USB3 spec it could be drawing 900mA curent, also the Raspberry Pi only has USB2 Bus which serves both the USB ports and the Ethernet port via a LAN9514 chipset, therefore the I/O may not be fast enough.

There are several posts over the years regards USB DisplayLink and the variation in actual success is troubling.

The second linked monitor is in Russian ?
