Prototyping HAT board

Hello everyone

Can someone recommend where can I buy Raspberry Pi Prototyping HAT board?
I found some boards but all of them are not compatible with HAT.

This are not in HAT standard. For example there is no space for camera.

just for your information; the lack of a camera slot does NOT prevent the board from conforming to the HAT standard, as the standard allows for boards without the slot! It should have an EEPROM though, but you could in principle hand wire one in.

The Prototyping HAT without EEPROM is currently out of stock, but the version with EEPROM is in stock:
