Pi cobbler (T type)

I got a pi cobbler but it does not look like the ones adafruit is using. Why are the GPIO labels not matching up. there are extra spaces on mine and not on adafruits cobblers. The GPIO on the pi might say 3v3 but then on my cobbler it says something like SCLK.what is the difference .I am new and might be a little confused. thanks for the help here are the two pictures. one on the left is the one I have.
