Enviro+ hat, issues with infinite loops

Thu Jan 02, 2020 10:07 pm

Hi guys

I am currently using a pi zero and the enviro+ hat.

The program is run remotely using a laptop. My first issue is that after a few hours the pi becomes almost unresponsive, the readings being displayed also slow down and the pi's LED blinks a lot. Is there anyway to allow the pi to run the code infinitely without slowing down?

Is it possible to make an embedded system for the enviro+?

Why not just set it up to run your code on boot up? Via crontab etc. Then just run that Pi headless and display your data on the Enviro+ display.
