I wouldn't buy any display unless the seller could guarantee compatibility with the raspberry pi.
Many sellers on eBay/Aliexpress/etc will mark screens as "Pi Compatible" but won't offer any support/software to get the screen working. I would only buy a screen from a reputable UK Pi reseller (even if that meant spending a bit more money)
