I found on aliexpress the display itself (1.38" round lcd module) but price is ......., also I found on alibaba manufacturer, and send inquiry for 2pcs to play with - I wonder how much he want for those.

Ideally, the Pi would be mounted elsewhere and with a video cable running to the box and display.
You best shot for ready display would be to grab 3,2" 16:9 lcd panel and let some of it visible area get covered by bezel.

Maybe there would be version with capacitive touch - which is better because if you even cover it by bezel, you don't have to worry that the bezel will press you the touch panel (which is very likely to happen with resistive touch panel).
As for control circuit - hook up to RPi0w via e.g. DPI or serial spi fbtft interface, or build custom control board with e.g. esp8266 or esp32 for IoT (MQTT ? or whatever is called )... If you're going to built it for yourself then Pi0w would be good option for display control, but for production better is custom-made-hardware (built even around esp8266 or esp32).
