I see the official raspberry pi starter kit seems to have a keyboard with the raspberry logo on the windows key; is it possible to purchase this keyboard by itself?

Looks like it may become available some time in 2017.

I see the official White Pink case in the photo. Isn't that the Pi 2B case, with the light pipes on the wrong side for a 3B? I like that keyboard though, will be looking for one when they come out.

I believe they look very similar

I have the black/grey version of this case and the light pipes are on the correct side for the Pi 3

I had a white red one, light pipes were for the 2B. I now have a black grey one and the light pipes are on the other side for a 3B. I see both cases advertised for a 2B or 3B. You can put a 2B or 3B in either case. You just can't see the status LED's if you miss match them. I'm just wondering if there is now a new white red one with the light pipes on the other side? Or they picked that case anyway just to keep the white theme going?

Still no news of the availability of the official raspberry pi keyboard on its own? (and not part of a kit)

Wow, I have a "clone" of that keyboard, with a few differences in the control key labeling/ordering. I really like it. It's a battery powered Bluetooth keyboard I found at 5 below. I like the feel and how it works, so a wired version with a raspberry would be awesome. Can't wait to see these out there.

Do you have a link to this Bluetooth keyboard?

Is there likely to be a UK layout version available soon ?
Apart from anything else, it seems daft that a UK company is selling US keyboards only!

It has been over a year now, but still I remain hopeful.

Have a look at a CIT KB-738

I bought two recently because I was fed up with having a damn great big keypad stuck on the side!
Unfortunately, it does come with that peculiar four squares on one of the keys though. :D

(Cost about £9.)

I'm originally from the UK, but now in the USA, so was looking for a US keyboard.

I've got two of these http://www.verbatimstore.com/product/?sku=97472 with a US layout. They're cheap and cheerful and work with all of my Raspberries.

Ah, I was looking for USB connect, and was also looking for white, and... was going to use them on a PC (yes I have a Raspberry Pi).

I'm after quality, and this seemed like a way to get such a keyboard without numeric keypad.

I can wait, and wait I will.

Does anyone know what brand or model of keyboard and mouse this is? It is really too bad they don't sell them stand-alone. They look pretty nice!

The reason we wanted wired rather than wireless (we actually got the keyboard manufacturer to take a wireless version of the keyboard and add the wires!) was for the following: ...
"

so I guess it can't be found elsewhere.

A keyboard with the Pi case's white/red colour scheme would be nice. Maybe a mouse, too. :)

I await the black/grey US version

This new version looks different from the one being discussed above.
