Cheap AliExpress 3.5 " lcd touchscreen

When surfing for information on 3.5 ” TFT touchscreens for the Raspberry Pi, to improve the TinyLCD experience, I stumbled upon AliExpress where several shops offer a 3.5″ LCD TFT Touch Screen Display for incredible low price of Euro 14,- including shipping.
So what the heck, I took the risk and decided just to buy and try it! Two weeks later I could test it.
Here my experiences, it works!
Slow refresh, low contrast, quite sharp. Touch works as to be expected, resistive type, calibration is fine.
Software supplied as kernel in an image, wheezy based.
Not bad for this price!
