My 3.2" screen displays the desktop too large

Hi
My 3.2" touch screen displays the desktop too large and all other apps so is impossible to use.
Can Anybody Help?

Buy a higher resolution LCD.

There is no way to properly display a desktop and apps on a 320x240 3.2" LCD

Get a 800x480 7" LCD with an HDMI input.
