It would help to know what hardware you are attempting to add to your RPi and what software you are using with it.
If you type your error message into your preferred internet search tool you may find that most of the results refer to the MATLAB package from Mathworks.
If that is what you are using the error is probably not specific to the RPi and you may get more informed advice from a Mathworks/MATLAB forum.

I'm using Raspberry pi B+ as a hardware and Matlab2013a as a software (Matlab is installed on windows xp and windows7)
