I have WH1602B3-YYH-JW an LCD display. I like to ask experts here for pin connections, here is PIN :

I have connected like there and i do not see any light and cant detect in i2cdetect 0 or 1.

PIN1 = GND
PIN2 = +5V
PIN3 = 1K Resistor to +5V
PIN7 = GND
PIN8 =GND
PIN12 = GND
PIN 13 = Raspberry PI SDA
PIN 14 = Raspberry PI SCL
PIN 15 = +5V
PIN 16 = GND
Is it correct?
