Trigger external hardware on bcm2835 MCU reset

Thu Jun 27, 2013 2:16 am

I have a little AVR external hardware watchdog (it does some other stuff too, so not just like the bcm2708 hardware watchdog).

I'd like to be able to trigger something when the RPi MCU has reset. Are there any pins that would change state when it resets?

I can't see anything obvious in BCM2835-ARM-Peripherals.pdf . Triggering on either GPU or CPU core would be ok. I want to catch reboots, not just the initial boot.
