I have been looking every where for this but nothing so far. Anyone have ideas or what its technical name is ?

That's an "Angled Micro USB Power cable 20cm".
Easiest way to get one is by cutting the USB-A plug of a normal patch lead.

The "technical name" was in the .JPG you posted. "USB power connector wire.jpg".
