Hi folks!

I'm trying to do some level shifting for interfacing with midi instruments.

I got this 6N138 lying around and want to try to achieve my goal with that.

I draw this schematic, could someone tell me if it will blow my raspberry away??!! Or my midi intruments?!

Midi out does not require opto-isolation, only midi in.
So a transistor or mofet acting as a switch will do the conversion.
