Have you read the datasheet?
http://www.analog.com/media/en/technica ... 0_5282.pdf

It is an I2C compatible device.
https://pinout.xyz/pinout/i2c

Connect the SCL pin to pin 5 of the Pi
Connect the SDA pin to pin 3 of the Pi
You will also need to connect the AD5280 to 5V and Ground. The ground should be common with the Pi's ground pin.

The second link above also gives you some info about how to test if the device is connected using i2cdetect.

Cool, i was not sure. Any SLA SDA pulp up resistors ?

is this correct wiring ?

pin1 = A = 10V+
pin2 = W = -> to continuously controlled device
pin3 = B = not connected
pin4 = Vdd = not connected
pin5 = SHDN = 5V
pin6 = SCL
pin7 = SDA
pin8 = GND
pin9 = GND
pin10 = GND
pin11 = GND
pin12 = not connected
pin13 = 5V
pin14 = not connected
