SMI - CS signal?

Sun Jun 18, 2017 10:06 am

Hi,
I am currently trying to connect to a W5100 / wiz812mj to a Raspberry 3 by using the SMI.
The breakout board needs a /CS, /WR and /RD pin connected. In the alternative GPIO pinout 1 (http://elinux.org/RPi_BCM2835_GPIOs) I can only find /OE and /WE, even tough a /CS signal is mentioned in the device tree overlay for SMI.
How can I "create" a CS-Signal? Is there a possibility to define it in a DT-overlay?

The SMI "cs" pins are the address pins SA0-SA5. Transfers are tied to an address which is output when the bus is active, so depending on your "active" state you need to make sure your address has the connected bit set or cleared.
