Did you enable SPI with 'sudo raspi-config'?
Obviously, I followed guides on connecting ENC28J60 on Raspberry forum.
Maybe obvious to you but not to me...
And that does not mean it's connected correctly...

More questions:
What device is eth2?

Is the internal device (eth0) connected to your router?
If not: does it get an IP address when you connect it to the router?
Have you tried a different network cable?
Did you make any changes to /etc/network/interfaces and or /etc/dhcpcd.conf?

I'm not used to connect devices randomly....

eth2 is usb to lan converter.
I already changed ethernet cable, tested straight and cross, changed router port.
dhcpconf.d is the default of Debian image (2018-april).

dhcpconf.d
You may not connect devices randomly, but you're not very precise with other things...

BTW: I would mask that IP address on eth2. It seems to be an external address.

All ethernet ports (eth0, eth2) goes to two router: same dhcp server configuration, just different networks. Working. Only ENC20J60 module not working at all.

Well, can't think of anything else ATM, especially since your answers are very low on useful information.

Well, answers as 'it works' and along the lines of 'I don't make mistakes' don't really help.
The more details you give the better the chance someone sees something odd and you can home in to a solution.

Also answers like
All ethernet ports (eth0, eth2) goes to two router: same dhcp server configuration, just different networks
lack any significant information.

Good luck with finding a solution.
I hope someone else can help you with that.
