Raspberry Pi camera modul surveillance camera

Hi all ,

i want to make my Raspberry Pi as low-cost HD surveillance camera. i am using Raspberry Pi camera module. Unfortunately i am getting error message below .Since i am newbie looking for experts help to make this happen .

What output does

raspistill -v -o test.jpg

give?

If ENOSPC, have you set the GPUmemory split correctly? Have you checked all the cables to make sure they are well seated? Are you running the very latest Raspbian?

I really hope that there will be sometime a true video surveillance app for the RPi, like this:

When i run this command it shows below message . i am trying to access my onboard raspberry PI inbuilt cam through Web.System running new update and upgrade ..
