Flip raspivid movies upside-down [solved]

The RaspiCam is fitted to my quadcopter up-side-down because it then points the camera downwards towards the ground. This is not something I can change easily. However, it means the movies it shoots are also upside down. Can anyone name a suitable (simple) tool to flip the video right-side-up? Windows or RPi equally acceptable.
Thanks

To make it a bit clearer, I'm using one of these camera cases
http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/search/produc ... KU=2334485. When set up as shown in the picture, the camera is the right-way-up, so to have it pointed downwards, I mount it upside-down, and hence the videos are also upside-down. Hence I need to flip them. Suggestions welcomes!

In the end, I used "-ro 180" as that gave me what I needed.
