Camera Module as Webcam?

Hello everyone.
I've bought a Raspberry Pi 4B 8Gb for my 6 y-old daughter use it as a desktop to take her online lessons during the pandemic. She needs a webcam to teachers see and help her, so I've bought this camera module https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3272656 ... b90a0Aryua

It arrived yesterday and I tried to make it works like a webcam. I don't know nothing about linux (yes, I thought it would be easier)... When I tried to use a command I saw on internet to make the camera take a picture appears a message that the camera were not found. I'm stucked. Can anyone help me?

And one more thing: can I make this camera work like a webcam or did I bought the wrong one?

A little bit of googling shows that there is a way to do it. The camera that you bought should work with your Pi but it's going to be a very wide view.

The general technique can be done. I have a Pi4B2 set up for my grandson to use for remote schooling. I equipped it with a PiCamera v2 and it worked "out of the box". I found the bigger issue to be getting a good mount to hold the camera module.

I assume lessons happen during day, then your night vision camera is a problem, from product description:

Note: This is night version camera, due to it doesn't have IR cut function, when use it in daytime, the pictures will show pink. If you mind, pls do not buy. Thank you.

P.S:
"-awb greyworld" option should give normal video with raspivid.
