Worked on my Raspberry Pi 2 all weekend long trying to get a motion sensing Camera started and working, I did get it to work once, but the connection would not stay alive. So here is what I want to do for the project, and can someone lead me in the right direction or help me develop some code to get my ideas to fruition.
Things I have:
-Camera Module board
-Raspberry Pi 2 (1G RAM)
-32 G USB Storage device (for storing motion sensing photos/videos)
-32 G mini SD card (OS)
-Wifi-Dongle

What I want to do:
-Being able to remote into the camera from anywhere to view what is going on
-Able to record with a motion sensing
-Able to receive a text/email/tweet regarding the motion being sensed with a current snapshot
-put recordings into the other usb storage device, as to not clutter the mini SD OS
-have a code setup to delete the files every 7+ days so as to keep the USB storage free of clutter

Any and all help is appreciated. I tried several different methods of installing and getting it all to work. Could only setup the aspect of LAN camera without all the other bells and whistles I want to run.

These are the tested methods that didn't work like I wanted:
This one worked, for lan, but not for global outbound networking:

didn't work at all:

didn't work as planned either:
