Hi,

I'm looking to have the raspivid -t 0 command to run automatically at boot for a camera project I'm doing

Is there anyway to do this?

Have a look at cron

To run a command on boot, go to the terminal on the raspberry pi and type:

Code: Select all

crontab -e

At the end of this file, type:

Code: Select all

@reboot raspivid -t 0

That command will then run whenever the Raspberry Pi boots up. Refer to that website I linked to at the start for more information on how to set the time for commands to be run.

Thank you, sir! This is exactly what I wanted.
