i mean like gpio 2 it is a 5V voltage supplier pin. and gpio 6 is a ground pin. but in gpio 6 its also show same voltage as shown in VCC pin i mean in gpio 2. actually in all 40 gpio pin its show a 5v voltage .. i use tester to measure the voltage....

Where are you connecting the other lead from the meter when measuring pin 6?

i use this electric tester to check the voltage and the bulb will be switch on same as on on pin2

How does this show 5v?

You need a meter connected between the pi pin and the pi gnd pin to measure the volts.

the light also burn on ground pin therefore i say that ground pin also give 5V

Throw that tester away.
It’s useless for this.

It's probably an a.c. meter just showing hum?

Agree no use for this job.

When we measure voltage on a pin it has to be compared to something else - we say 5v for short but in reality we are comparing 5v to a reference which usually happens to be what we call ground. Use a multimeter with two leads and measure from ground to whatever else.
