DCC help needed

Thu Nov 19, 2015 1:01 pm

(noob alert)
My idea was to make some software for controlling one or more DCC Accessory decoders. (c++)

But i cant even get it to work, using the gertbot debug gui .....

I have an DCC Accessory decoder from ESU named "Switchpilot2.0" with a single turnout connected to first output (1)

I use an marklin power supply , witch works fine with marklin equipment and after switching gertbot channel 0 to DCC i get full power to the tracks and decoder, so far so good.

But i cant get the decoder to react at all, so some hex / binary examples would help big times i hope :)

I have tried the python examples too without luck.

so when everyone says that the DCC example works fine, i get pretty frustrated :D

I need to address the CV1 and change turnout connected to port 1 .....

Hope for some ideas/help :)
