Interesting article about a very cheap, very capable open source chemical analysis unit with major public health and environmental monitoring applications - surely it could benefit from having a Rpi onboard?

Here's the data files for the CheapStat:

Yeap, The R-Pi would make a very good user front end for the CheapStat.

In fact the R-Pi could be used as a front end for many other pieces of monitoring and test equipment. It reminds me of the days when labs used BBC Micros to monitor and/or control their experiments.
