Available case now?

I've pre-ordered a modmypi case but in the mean time, are there any decent available cases? I've seen a few on ebay but no idea if they are any good!
At least some of the cases shown in the list below are sold on ebay, and several of them are "open source" designs in case you want to make one yourself (including some simple folding designs you can simply print out for a case of card stock, cardboard, transparency sheet, etc.
