Hi Tim,
First many thanks to you and all the others who have supported us!

I can confirm that we are putting things into place for get issues from Volume 2 produced, and we will start selling them as soon as we are able. I wouldn't like to provide a guestimate though, since as we discovered despite best intentions these things typically take longer than we hope. All the latest magazines are in the correct format for printing, which should speed things up considerably, and the team is working to get retailers onboard etc.

The answer is as soon as we are able, they will be available. There is also plans for a Volume 2 binder too.
