Connect Philips LG to RasPi

Hello everybody :)

I have a Philips LG LCD and I want to connect it to a Raspberry Pi.

This is the LCD:

the model is LB121S02-A2

I'm not sure, but if you're lucky you might be able to plug it into the DSI port;

It's the thin ribbon connector nearest to the Raspberry Pi logo.

You need a controller board which suits your screen. You can find controller boards on ebay and mostly they are shipped from china. Check with seller first for compatibility with your screen model.

Controller board provide a bridge between LCD/LED screen and HDMI port of raspberry pi.

It would be nice if we could just plug the signal connector straight in, but I think this thing would suck a little too much juice for the Pi to run it.
I'm only wearing black until they find something darker.
